My New Year, 2009, 1st flight to Zurich, Switzerland...Again,Yes.My set of crew, not As FUN but well, crews are crews.
At least, I have 2 nicest people, Nicole and Chole in my set, without them, MY BIRTHDAY/ NEW YEAR Flight will be the MOST "MEMORABLE"/Dread-ful flight.
How about getting all ready for work in Zurich... BACK HOME!
Then, a message slip through your door that says ,
"YOUR NEW WAKE UP CALL TIME IS : 17 15."
"YOUR NEW PICK UP TIME IS: 18 15."
NOT FUNNY. It is 08 15 in the morning, My hair is done, Make up is done.
I stood there looking at the message ...in daze...
Did they sent to the wrong room?
I confirmed with my other colleagues. Yes. THE AIRCRAFT IS DELAYED.
DAMN!
UNFAIRNESS! THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED!
There's nothing much I can do but to change out and remove my make-up and bathe.
Luckily, Van and Jer is just next door.
I went over to stirrrrr them to wake up.
End up falling asleep beside Jer and Van.
I managed to squeeze a lil space for me to doze off in between the 2 girls. LOL!
They had tons of shopping done while I enjoyed my sleep.
There goes my
Long Champ and Burberry.
Seriously, I've l o s t my passion for work. Not the work itself but the people i work with.
You don't know who you will meet... who will be your khaki for the flight... Or whether you will end up in HIBERNATION - ALONE.
Not fun at ALL.
Well, the whole reason behind me not changing away Zurich for my Birthday off is because 2 of my Besties came to join me: JER and VAN. They really made my day!
They are my reason to fly. My motivation to work. I shall COF MADLY to do flights with them and my dear of course!
I don't want to be left ALONE in the hotels!
Day 1 : Shopping and Bunking in with Vanie.Went to town.
Bought clothes from H & M and Zara. I didn't have time to go to other shops -Bags and Shoes...
End up with clothes-shopping.
Went back to hotel - Crew Room wait for Van.
HAHA... I was so busy trying to fix my Internet connection that i lost track of time.
Van was waiting outside my room.
( I can imagine her knocking on the door madly, standing outside like a poor girl who lost her key =X Thinking that I am playing a prank on her. )OOPPS...
We bunked in for the First time!
And the 2nd night with me,Jer and Van!
It was the messiest room ever! Whahaha...
Day 2: JER came and join us...went to town with all shops closed except the underground shops @ the main railway station... Sunday.We went for Breakfast Buffet! And to town for a lil shopping and picture takings...
All of us are so lack of sleep...
I'm so touched that Van and Jer sacrifice-ed their sleep for me!
We decided to :
Room Service for dinner.
They chased me away to my room so that they can prepare their "surprise" for me.
*touched touched...
Jer knocked my door... "We are ready..."
THEY BOUGHT A CAKE FROM
SPRINGLI!
Springli is the famous coco shop! They sell delicious chocolates!
And of course, the cake is YUMMY!
I seriously never expected a cake on my Birthday! ALL SHOPS ARE CLOSED!
Van's Long champ is so
powerful that it can keep the whole cake in it without me suspecting!
Whaha...
Thanks to Van for her thermal stockings to keep me warm in the winter and her
Happy perfume- which she claims will make me happy whenever i spray them...let's see...!
And Thanks to Jer's Sweet Flowers and the story book ,
Yakuza Moon, which i always wanted to read (which i forgot for a moment =X) and the BOMB soap and the mini purse!
I had a great and memorable Happy 21st Birthday =)
I fall asleep with a smile on my face. Lying beside me is Van and Jer.
They spend the whole of my birthday with me.
I'm glad to have such besties like them
especially in the airline! =X
With this, We've decided to COF madly/ crazily to do flights together!
How nice if every flight we can be together... with the forever busy Roxie... I'm dying to pull her back into our company! She missed out alot!
Coming up, Brisbane... Finally i get to see Rox and Jer will be joining me! Van... should totally come with us! hehe...
I came back with another surprise in the wardrobe by my darling.
A pair of
diamond earrings- Brilliant Rose.
I lllooooovvvveeee it!!!
With that, I conclude that I had a *Blink Blink 21st!
I love Diamonds! They are sooo beautiful! =X
