Rainy Monday.
I want to complaint!
Stupid Sony Ericsson customer service.
Today, I'm suppose to collect my "repaired phone" after 7pm.
After taking the queue number, me and my dear sat down and wait.
The person who attend to me said, "I'm sorry, your phone needs to change the LCD screen which we do not have the stock right now. "
*long pause...

Same person: "We tried to contact you two times. You did not answer your phone."
Me: "I did receive a few miss call this afternoon. What is the number reflected on my screen?"
Same person: "Oh, its a private number. Is this your number? (pointing to my number on the receipt)"
Me: "Yes."

Deep down, i was thinking... WWWTTTFFFF!!!! "SDFIGJDFIBGJIDLKFBJAZLDJ!@##$$%&Y%^&*&^%^&* "

*long pause...


Me: "Don't you guys have a sms system to notify us about the changes?"
Same person: "Oh, No. Normally there will be a automatic sms sent to your phone number when your phone is ready for collection."

LIKE I KNOW!

Use a private number call me and still act as if her job is done and it is my fault that i never pick up the mystery phone call!
Normally this kind of service center use "open" number so that we can contact them back if we never pick up right? Whats with the private number? How we know they call la!
*Faint....

Damn pissed.
